The City of Santa Cruz seeks feedback on the next stage of the community-wide Climate Action Plan 2030 development process! Draft actions for the Climate Action Plan 2030 are now available for review and feedback in an online, interactive tool called Consider. It is available in both English and Spanish. The draft actions are the policies, programs, projects and infrastructure needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote a low-to-no carbon economy, and restore natural spaces– all while promoting equity in the community.

The priority early deadline to provide input is March 4, 2022. Two randomly selected participants will receive Homeless Garden Project gift bags with hand-made natural products. Learn more and opt into CAP 2030 email or text updates and be notified about future engagement opportunities at www.cityofsantacruz.com/climateactionplan.
