Santa Cruz Speaks is a FREE event happening at The Food Lounge during Santa Cruz Music Festival 2017. Your one stop shop for locally sourced food, beer, cocktails, and knowledge! As part of the event, you’ll hear from CWC staff about a sustainable future for the San Lorenzo River and how you can get involved. That will happen at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19th, though the festivities don’t end there. Santa Cruz Speaks will go from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day of the 2017 Santa Cruz Music Festival and will feature:

• Local professionals and pillars of the community speaking on Making it in the Music Industry, The Community of Santa Cruz, Sustainability, and Cannabis Science
• Intimate performances from some of SCMF’s top participating artists
• Stand Up Comedy, Poetry, and Spoken Word Readings
• Local Food from Kickin Chicken(15% off for SCMF wristband holders), Local Craft Beer and Cocktails
• Art Installations and Live Painting from SCMF Artists
