Course

Run through 300 foot tall, 1500 year-old Coastal Redwoods, lush stream canyons, open meadows, pine and oak forests, and high dry chaparral-covered ridges. The Half Marathon, 30 Km, Marathon, and 50 Km events cross the San Lorenzo River (shown below) multiple times!
(Distances are accurately measured using a Rolatape® surveyor’s measuring wheel.)

7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. – Harvey West Park

Time Limit & Cut-Off

There is a 9-hour time limit for all events.

Aid Stations

Fully-stocked aid stations every 6 – 7 miles. You can expect fresh fruit, salty snacks, assorted candy, water, and Clif Shot Electrolyte sports drink. It is highly recommended that runners carry at least 20 oz. of water between aid stations.

Awards

All finishers will receive a custom medal and 50 Km finishers will also receive a custom coaster.
