The Santa Cruz County Chamber of Commerce is taking care of San Lorenzo River habitat.

Please join Santa Cruz County Chamber of Commerce members and the Board of Directors of the Coastal Watershed Council to celebrate CWC’s 25th anniversary with a Ribbon Cutting to acknowledge the work this community has done to create a healthy, thriving San Lorenzo River.

Meet on the Santa Cruz Riverwalk path on the east side of the river, just downstream from the Soquel Ave Bridge promptly at 5pm for the Ribbon Cutting and stay as we spend a lovely riverside evening networking with colleagues. With your help, we will improve habitat conditions by planting native seedlings that will make the San Lorenzo River ecosystem thrive!

Volunteers should dress in long pants and sturdy closed-toed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle. Gloves and other equipment will be provided. This event is FREE and everyone is welcome! RSVPs are appreciated. Please RSVP below.
