Join the Coastal Watershed Council team for a relaxing and educational guided walk along the scenic San Lorenzo Riverwalk. This experience, organized in partnership with Santa Cruz Parks & Rec, offers a chance to explore one of Santa Cruz’s most important natural corridors while learning about local ecology, watershed health, native plants, and ongoing conservation efforts. Along the way, knowledgeable guides will share insights about the river’s history, its role in the community, and simple ways you can help protect this vital resource.

Whether you’re a nature enthusiast, a curious resident, or just looking for a peaceful outdoor activity, this walk is a great way to connect with the environment and your community. The walk will cover roughly 1.5 miles.
